How do I make payments?

All transactions are made in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via Credit Card, Debit Card, Online Banking & Offline Banking.

Is my order successful?

All successful order transactions will receive an order confirmation email within 30 minutes of purchase. If you have not received your order confirmation email, please check your order summary in “My Account” (if you have an account) or your email junk folder. Alternatively, please contact us at our Facebook page (@leellamy)

Do You Provide Refund?

We only provide refund under certain circumstances which is applicable (Eg: return / exchange cases). Should there be any refund, it will be made in only store credits points form which is applicable anytime and no expiration date.

How do I use my Store Credit ? 

The Store Credit will be automatically added into your account . To redeem your credits, please login your account and select “Store Credits” during check out. Your invoice will then reflect the payable amount after the deduction.

Shipping & Delivery

What is the shipping cost within Malaysia?

We offer FREE EXPRESS DELIVERY throughout Malaysia for all orders above RM100

For orders below RM100, below are the rates for your reference:

RM7/ West Malaysia; RM12/East Malaysia

How long does it normally takes to ship out items once payment is made?

Leella process your order within 24 hours and will ship within the next 48 hours, except for item(s) under BACKORDER. You can decide to ship together or separately when checkout if your order consists of both in-stock & backorder item(s).

An email with tracking info will be sent to you once your item has been shipped.

We ship via Poslaju and your package should arrive within

2-3 business days (West Malaysia); 3-4 days (East Malaysia)

Delivery is carried out during working days, Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and local public holidays.

Where can I track my parcel?

Local orders are delivered via Poslaju, Orders can be tracked at HERE 

Please keep tracking your parcel once it being mailed from us.Cost for re-delivery will be borne by the customer. Leella will bear the cost of re-delivery if it is deemed as an error on our part. Details regarding the re-delivery will be provided in the email sent to the customer.

Returns & Exchange

Do you accept returns & defective Items?

You may return items that are in the same condition as shipped out, unworn and unwashed – in exchange for another item. Your returned item must arrive at our office no later than 7 working days from the day you receive the item.

Returns/Exchange are only limited to full priced items.

For return of item torn/ stained/ incorrect item(s)/ incorrect parcel

all expenses of shipping fee involve in the return & exchange procedure will be borne by LEELLA.

For return of other reasons, return item shipping will be borne by customer ( Reason:ITEM DOES NOT FIT/ DO NOT LIKE THE ITEM/QUALITY NOT UP TO EXPECTATION).

Purchase of subsequent order using store credit will be entitled to Free Shipping if the orders above RM100.

How do I return unsatisfactory item(s) & defective Items?

Step 1: Email us at hey@leella.co with the subject “Returns #OrderNumber”; in the email please state your Name, Email, Contact Number, along with your parcel’s tracking info, and REASONS:____________ example ( Item does not fit / unsatisfactory item / Defective Items- attach photo(s) if possible / Incorrect item received )

Step 2: Send the clothes to us once we approved via email

Please ensure to keep you tracking number and postage receipt safe in case your return gets lost on its way to us. Please note that any lost returns will not be liable to us.

The size doesn’t fit me. Can I change it to other size ?

Can, We’re provided 7 days easy return policy. We will return you in Store Credit after received your return parcel. All you need is just purchase an item(s) for the size that you want by using the Store Credit we returned.

The color looks different from the website?

Color of products may vary due to studio lighting used and please allow 20% of color variation in real product as compared to actual products. It may appear darker or lighter. Exchanges due to this reason will be charged a processing fee.
