Is my order successful?

All successful order transactions will receive an order confirmation email within 30 minutes of purchase. If you have not received your order confirmation email, please check your order summary in “My Account” (if you have an account) or your email junk folder. Do You Provide Refund?

We only provide refund under certain circumstances which is applicable (Eg: return / exchange cases). Should there be any refund, it will be made in only store credits points form which is applicable anytime and no expiration date.

How do I use my Store Credit ? 

The Store Credit will be automatically added into your account . To redeem your credits, please login your account and select “Store Credits” during check out. Your invoice will then reflect the payable amount after the deduction.
