Upon payment verification, orders will be shipped out within 1-2 working days. Please ensure that all required information are submitted during the payment process to avoid possible delays during shipping.
Mailing days fall on weekdays. Weekends and Public Holidays are excluded.

All prices are final upon payment checkout. Refunds will strictly not be allowed in the event item purchased is available on sale thereafter.
Leella reserves the right to accept or reject any order(s) without prior notice for reasons such as:
Product ordered is no longer available in stock
Payment is not completed and notified to us within 24 hours from the issue of the order invoice
We are unable to obtain authorisation of payment and/or if we suspect any fraudulent activity
Arrival dates for different items will different and are usually stated under the individual items.
There may be delays for the backorder items due to unforeseen circumstances during the shipping process or inadequacies on the factories’ side etc. For such circumstances, cancellation of orders/refund of orders are not applicable if the delay is no more than 2 weeks.
No refunds/store credits will be issued once payment for the backorder has been made, regardless of reason.
Orders will be split if an in stock item is carted out together with a backorder item. No combination of orders will be allowed for backorder items. Items will be shipped out according to the arrival dates.
The dates of arrival stated are based on estimation. The exact dates of arrival will be made known to the customers once they are confirmed.
In case of insufficient quantity or defects upon backorder items’ arrival, a full refund will be made to the customer within 48 hours.
Slight colour discrepancy for the backorder items and in stock items may be present. Do only join the backorder if you are comfortable with it.
For backorder items under a single invoice, the parcel will only be shipped out upon arrival of the last item.
No cash refund is offered. We only offer refund in terms of store credits.
Store credits are issued by Leella and can be used on any purchase.
If your store credits was issued due to a Return, please refer to the section “Returns” for more information on its validity.
To redeem your credits, please login your account and select “Store Credits” during check out. Store Credits are only valid if they are inputted during check out.
Store credits do not have an expiry date unless otherwise stated.
Store credits are strictly non-transferable.
Standard Courier Delivery is available from RM7 onward. A tracking number will be provided to you (upon request) and you will receive email updates from them once the parcel is being picked up.
Free standard courier delivery will be provided for local orders amounting to RM100 and above. (Applicable separately for backorder and in stock items)
In stock items and backorder items that are carted out together will be split. The in stock piece will be mailed out first.
Combination of parcels/orders will not be allowed UNLESS the orders are made on the same day and payment is in on the same day.
For all unclaimed parcels by the customers that are sent back to us, the customer needs to top up for postage before we will resend it out again.
DISCOUNT CODES/ VOUCHERS
If you have a discount code, please ensure to input the code before checking out for discount to be valid. No refunds will be made for orders where discount codes are not entered at point of purchase.
Discount codes may or may not come with an expiry date. This will be informed accordingly.
Discount codes are strictly non-extensible.
Orders placed using discount codes are not applicable for exchange and returns.
MEASUREMENTS/ REPRESENTATION OF ITEMS
Measurements stated may vary 1cm-3cm as items are mass produced. In such cases, it will not be considered a defect and no exchanges will be carried out.
For printed items, please note placement of prints will differ for every piece due to cut of fabric.
Colors shown may have slight variance on different screens as different tech devices have different specifications. As such, colors may be portrayed with slight differences. This applies especially for brighter hues. Requests for exchange/ return due to such reason will be rejected.
For light colored items, there may be slight small black dots which are not obvious. As this does not change the overall appearance of the item, it will not be considered a defect.
Items with slight imperfections (loose thread, slight dotted stains etc) which do not affect the overall appearance of the item will not be considered a defect.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE
We only refund in credit term. No cash refund(s) are allowed. Returns are applicable on regular priced orders only. This does not include accessories, lingerie products, all sale items and all other items stated under item description.
All Item(s) must be returned in original condition(unaltered, unworn, unwashed)
All items must be shipped back within 7 working days ( MALAYSIA )
